Richmond Insideout

The 16th Annual James River Parade of Lights, sponored by the James River Advisory Council, will be held the evening of Dec. 13. This lighted-boat parade has become a cherished holiday tradition for many from throughout the region. Official viewing sites are located in the city of Richmond and in Chesterfield and Henrico counties. This year's theme is "Saluting our Militaria on the Historic James."
