Start with breakfast at Perly's and point out all the power players. Afterward, a morning stroll around Belle Isle. A Fan tour of houses to Monument finishing with a visit to the VMFA (when it opens) or VHS. Back downtown for late lunch and great beer at Rustica. Tour the Maggie Walker house and explain the significance of the vacant lot where Eggleston's was. Dinner at The Berkeley and then the John Legend concert at CenterStage!
